Lindsay Lohan Wears A Bizarre (But Not Totally Inappropriate) 3.1 Phillip Lim Outfit To Court

Lindsay Lohan just loves to wear angelic white outfits to her court hearings! Or in this case, the first day of her trial for lying to police about crashing her Porsche on the PCH last year.
Lindsay Lohan may have been 48 minutes late to court this morning, but when she finally stepped out of a dark SUV, at least she gave us a little entertainment with a see-through 3.1 Phillip Lim ensemble from his fall 2012 collection. It wasn’t wildly inappropriate, but the top and bottoms seem to be two different shades of white, and considering how much legal trouble Lindsay’s been in, you’d think she’d stick to a more, ahem, opaque and conservative pantsuit in a shade of grey or navy.
Lilo accessorized with a pair of round red shades and a rosary necklace, and at the end of the day, it looks like her prayers were answered as she avoided jail time and plead no contest to all charges. The 26-year-old starlet will be off to rehab for 90 days, and we’re wondering whether it will be California or New York. We hear Betty Ford is nice around this time of the year, and while Lindsay definitely won’t be going to the nearby Coachella music festival, she might just get the chance to wear some of the hippie-chick outfits she’s undoubtedly picked out!

Just one week after appearing in an L.A. courtroom for her probation violation hearing, Lilo glammed it up for amfAR’s New York Gala ... kicking off 2013 Fashion Week at Cipriani.
The 26-year-old wild child rocked a shimmery Theia gown paired with metallic Prada platform heels. Yikes ... those are some seriously high platforms!

Lindsay Lohan Sues Fashion Collaborators Over The Use Of 6126 Trademark Name

She just can’t seem to stay away from the court house!
Lindsay Lohan is suing her former collaborators on a clothing line, claiming the manufacturers continue to sell items under her 6126 Collection name. She is now seeking more than $1.1 million in damages and renewed control of the trademark name.
The lawsuit was filed against D.N.A.M Apparel Industries LLC, and claims that the company has failed to pay the troubled actress more than $1 million in royalties, in addition to excluding her from important design meetings which made it impossible to give creative input on the merchandise.
Apparently the clothing retailer also falsely promised that they were going to expand the 6126 line into swimwear, cosmetics and other apparel and open a showroom in New York.
“lindsay is very passionate about her apparel line and about designing. The purpose of this suit is to wrest control of her trademark away from this company that’s been selling items overseas and online under the 6126 trademark,” her attorney Perry Wander explained.
This isn’t the first time Lilo has gotten into a squabble over her image and likeness! She settled a lawsuit with E-Trade in 2010 over a Super Bowl ad that featured babies talking about a “milkaholic” named Lindsay.
We’re not buying the fact that Miss Lohan wanted more responsibility!

After numerous poor outfit choices for court appearance, Lindsay Lohan finally got it right this morning ... choosing a classy black Chanel dress.
The troubled starlet paired her LBD with sky-high $1,295 Christian Louboutin Black/White Watersnake Daf Mary Janes and Celine sunglasses.
Ironically, American Idol judge Nicki Minaj rocked the same pricey Loubs while out to dinner at Katsuya in LA. Too bad Lilo didn’t wear a Herve Leger dress like Nicki, too!
