Rather than heading to Las Vegas for the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night, Rihanna enjoyed a low key evening at her favorite restaurant in Los Angeles with a relatively conservative outfit. Well, tame for RiRi, that is!
Ri wore a grey melange top with skinny powder blue J Brand pants ($200), and she paired her favorite nude and gold Christian Louboutin Duvette 120 metallic and patent-leather pumps ($695) with a nude Celine clutch ($2,200). The R&B hottie added a pop of color with a bright red and blue Prada necklace and pink lipstick, and she partied her dyed locks on the left side of her head to show off her buzz cut. This is definitely a departure from the side boob she showed off last week in the Big Apple!

Well, orange is the new black.
Jessica Alba has an enviable collection of handbags that would make any girl swoon. And although the actress has purses in every color of the rainbow, she seems to be playing favorites with her orange bags. She’s sported several tangerine hued ones around town, including a Ralph Lauren satchel (pictured in the middle) and a Prada tote (pictured on the right).
She carried a bright orange snakeskin textured shoulder bag yesterday afternoon while grocery shopping at Bristol Farms in Beverly Hill. She seamlessly paired her casual workout clothes with the bag, adding a pop of color to her dark getup.
However, her favorite handbag seems to be her Ralph Lauren fluoro orange equestrian vachetta saddle bag. She’s worn it during day (to an Easter outing with her family) and night (to dinner with friends at Matsuhisa restaurant) and paired it with a hot pink blazer, floral dress, black harem pants, and neutral head-to-toe look. The bag is currently on sale for less than $700.
The entrepreneur, who’s publishing a self-help book titled The Honest Life: Living Naturally and True to You, carried her burnt orange Prada Madras tote throughout her second pregnancy with daughter Haven. The $2,400 bag is handwoven with goat leather using a traditional technique from India’s Madras region. It was a collection from Prada’s Made In project in which creative director Miuccia Prada collaborated with craftsmen from around the world.

Kim Kardashian Squeezes Her Pregnant Figure Into Head To Toe Givenchy

There’s only one place on the body where a little muffin top is ok, and it’s definitely NOT on your feet!
On Thursday Kim Kardashian shot scenes for her reality show with mom Kris Jenner, and the starlet wore a white Givenchy open sleeve midi dress ($1757) that was very reminiscent of the Tom Ford cape and gown combo Gwyneth Paltrow wore to the 2012 Oscars. While we have no problem with Kim squeezing her baby bump into dresses that aren’t intended to be worn as maternity clothes, we do have a problem with her stuffing her swollen feet into a pair of Givenchy Albertina Podium heels ($2,950).
First of all they have to be incredibly uncomfortable, and second, why on EARTH would we want to look at this? Please Kim ... wear flats, flip flops or anything but this!

Kate Bosworth Models Her Topshop Collection In New Video

Kate Bosworth already gave us a peek at some of the clothes from her Topshop collaboration last month at Coachella, and now the fashion label has released a new video and photos of the rest of the threads.
The “The Road to Coachella” video was shot by Kate’s boyfriend Michael Polish, and it features the 29-year-old actress in a number of outfits from their Festival Project collection. The collection features 16 signature pieces inspired by Kate’s own style, and she said in a statement, “I’ve always had a love of fashion. To gain learning experience from the Topshop design team has been a great opportunity for me. Our intent was to create fresh, wearable, and effortless festival pieces. I am proud of our work together and I adore these pieces.”
Topshop Creative Director Kate Phelan added, “Kate and I were discussing the summer trends and how she had been one of our inspirations, she was here working with us on our Christmas project - the next day Kate came in with all these incredible images and references and shared what her ultimate festival outfits looked like. It is an organic extension of Kate’s fashion sense aligned with the Topshop brand . We think that’s fresh and exciting.”
