Lindsay Lohan Wears Two Terrible Outfits For Late Show With David Letterman

Tuesday, April 8, 2014

Lindsay Lohan’s style was two times the terrible on Monday. Lilo not one but two bad outfits while visiting Late Show with David Letterman on Monday in NYC. The actress was clad in a bizarre and baggy floral jumpsuit concoction by Second Female. Unfortunately she added accessories, white pumps and a blazer, which only accentuated her poor fashion choice.

For the actual taping, which won’t air until Wednesday night, the troubled star donned a bizarre frock. Given the amount of sparkles on this number, we think she may have stolen it from Liza Minelli. Opting for way too much glitz, Lindsay wore a vintage Ashish frock, complete with piano-key print. The loose-fitting Vegas-glam dress was loose-fitting was paired with an oversized white jacket, knee-high socks, and Christian Louboutin metal cap “Calamijane” Ankle Booties.

While we don’t like either of these looks—at least she looks happy and healthy!

Lindsay recently opened up about a slip in her sobriety. “Being in recovery and leaving a place where you’re in this little bubble and everything is safe around you, it’s really hard. I jumped right into a relationship where we weren’t on the same page. I wasn’t considering the fact that the person I was seeing does drink and I had a glass of wine,” she confessed.

“I just had so much guilt. It took me a bit to, like, finally just be, like, ‘Why am I holding this in? Yeah. F**k it. I screwed up.’ I screwed up, and that’s OK, but now what I can do so that it doesn’t happen again. That’s part of the process. That’s a part of life,” she added.

Kate Middleton Goes For a Bold Red Coat Dress For Royal Engagement In New Zealand

Monday, April 7, 2014

We might never be royals—but they certainly are!

Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince George looked picture perfect for their trip to New Zealand.

Wearing a scarlet Catherine Walker coat and matching Gina Foster pillbox hat, the duchess played the perfect part to represent England. She also added a touch of glam with Grace White Topaz & Diamond Stud Earrings ($1,040) and also added some flash with a pin lent to her by Queen Elizabeth II. It appears as though William’s lady love selected this ensemble due to its similarity to a red coat that Princess Diana wore in March 1984, when she and Prince Charles visited Leicester, England. And while this bright red ensemble is anything but fashion forward—we do appreciate the royal’s homage to her late mother-in-law.

Looking quite princely, the 31-year-old was dressed in a classic navy suit and maroon tie and baby George in all white. Eight-month-old George looks a little grumpy from his long flight!

Leaving the plane, Kate carried her lil’ man down the stairs—we love that she’s a hands-on mom! It appears as though baby George is teething—which is normal at eight months old.

The Australian tour has been carefully scheduled to minimize the impact on the young prince. Rather than changing their location daily (as is usually done), the royals are basing their tour around three main hubs: Wellington, Sydney and Canberra. The unusual decision is believed to be a result of minimize the trauma to the royal baby while teething.

The royal family received a traditional Maori Haka ceremonial welcome at Government House in Wellington, New Zealand. It looks like the young couple got quite the eyeful from the Maori tribesman upon their welcome! The couple looks completely unfazed—and that’s why we love them!

Cee Lo Green—What Were You Thinking?

Monday, April 7, 2014

Cee Lo Green has really outdone himself with this fetching ensemble—too long shorts, white leopards on a sweatshirt, socks and sandals! How could any gal resist!

The music man was en route to a shopping trip at the Grove in Los Angeles on Monday. For his outing, the former Voice coach wore long black shorts, most likely borrowed from a much taller basketball player. The big-voiced singer also donned a sweatshirt, perhaps given to him by a generous Siegfried or Roy. Obviously our favorite addition to this on-point ensemble is the pairing of socks and sandals. We better see this creation on a catwalk at the next New York Fashion Week—otherwise the world will be robbed of some fab fashion. Anna Wintour—we hope you get an eyeful of this!

The “F*ck You” singer certainly knows how to turn heads!

Katie Holmes Piles On The Prints While On Dangerous Liaisons Set

Friday, April 4, 2014

That’s a lot of prints on one lady!

Looking as cheery as ever, Katie Holmes was mad about prints while on the set of her new pilot, Dangerous Liaisons, in New York City on Thursday afternoon.

The former Mrs. Tom Cruise piled on the prints when she wore her bohemian chic ensemble. Carrying a Valentino Rockstud medium shopping tote bag in camouflage ($1595), the 35-year-old actress donned a sheer polka-dot Isabel Marant Étoile presley printed top ($295), ripped leopard-print skinny jeans by Pierre Balmain ($546.49) and camel ankle boots. She topped the casual look off with a floppy hat. We aren’t sure if this is her off-duty wear or it’s her costume, but we think she looks great—even if she overdid it on the prints!

While on set, Suri’s mom filmed scenes with her co-star Melissa George. And we can’t lie—we really hope the show gets picked up because it sounds deliciously wicked!

On Dangerous Liaisons, the brunette beauty is slated to play, “Ann, a woman of education and breeding, who has never used those advantages for power over others. She’s smart, stylish and genuinely down to earth. Ann runs a philanthropic foundation with her husband. When Philip and Margot make a bet and destroy Ann’s perfect marriage, Ann learns to play the game and becomes the ultimate match for Philip,” according to TV Line.

Katie is heading back to television after playing Joey Potter in Dawson’s Creek from 1998-2003.

Dolce And Gabbana Slam Victoria Beckham: She Doesn’t Make Clothes Like A Fashion Designer

Thursday, April 3, 2014

Victoria Beckham may have a long list off fans including celeb clients Cameron Diaz, Blake Lively, Anne Hathaway—but don’t count designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana as two of them. While at the Glamour of Italian Fashion, a new exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum, the designing duo praised England’s “cool” style—but took the opportunity to slam Victoria Beckham.

Gabbana said the former Spice Girl-turned-designer had only turned to the fashion world after doing, “many, many, many different things.”

Interestingly enough, Victoria was once the ambassador for the Italian fashion house—so something must have gone during their partnership.  Gabbana continued, “she’s a designer but…for us, she don’t make (clothes) the same way like a fashion designer.”

Dolce also chimed in on the verbal bashing when he grouped Beckham’s designs with mainstream retailers such as Zara and H&M.

Being disliked by the designers probably won’t touch Posh’s prestige too much. In 2011, Mrs. Beckham beat out both Stella McCartney and Tom Ford to win Designer of the Year at the British Fashion Awards. The 39-year-old was named one of the UK’s most influential women in BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour 2013 Power List.
